The use of baroque-like motifs in contemporary design is a well known remedy to enhance the look of an object. I wanted to use motifs, but doing a pattern full of mechanic auto parts. The bowl has only a small set of bolts that you only discover when you finish your soup. Just like if they felt from all those mechanic craze that is happening around it.
